We are pleased to advise that our application has been approved. This means that we will now be able to merge our patient lists and work as one practice. Our new practice will be called Stackyard and Woolsthorpe Surgery. The main site will be at Croxton Kerrial with the branch site at Woolsthorpe.
The official merger process will be completed on 1st April 2018 and the two clinical databases will be fully merged on the 18th April 2018.
If you have any specific questions that we have not answered our Practice Managers Sue Timberlake or Rachael Ashworth are here to help. In the meantime, thank you for your support and welcome to Stackyard and Woolsthorpe Surgery.
Alternatively, if you need any help or support with the changes, you can contact your local PALS service. The Patient Advice and Liaison Service is free and completely confidential and can be contacted on 0300 123 9553 or by email
